Nowadays, human beings have become extremely busy in their respective lives. Work pressure, toil and hard work have always managed to get the better of human beings and in such a way that the basic aspect of ‘fitness’ gets compromised.
But when you are a part of the film and entertainment industry, taking care of your fitness is a must..I mean, we all go gaga when Tiger Shroff sheds off that T-shirt to display those rock solid abs or when Hrithik Roshan shows off those amazing strong biceps and delts whenever he is performing. In the ‘showbiz’ industry, to cut the long thing short, it’s a must in the entertainment industry.
But what most Indians mistake is the fact that fitness depends on age and one cannot workout or train after a certain age.
But here we have the one and only Anupam Kher who is inspiring us and giving us fitness goals in a different way at 65+ years of age.

Well, all we can say is when a veteran like Anupam Kher says so, indeed ‘Kuch bhi ho sakta hai’ (Anything is Possible) if there is a compilation of determination, motivation and passion behind what you are doing.
