Eid ul-Fitr, marks the end of Ramadan, the most sacred month of the Muslim year and a period of obligatory fasting. Eid al-Fitr translates means the ‘festival of breaking of the fast’ and brings peace and harmony. Families and friends gather to eat and pray together during festivities. Nausheen Ali sardar: Ramzan eid is my favorite fest. My entire family fasts and I fast on some of the days. I have a list of sheerkurma orders from my friends. My mom wakes up early in the morning each year cuts the dry fruits and starts preparation for this sweet dish and biryani Its a joyous day. May Allah bless everyone! Eid Mubarak!
