Singer cum Cellist Saum G has come up with his brand new song Zindagi and we can’t stop raving about it. Talking about it, he says, “Zindagi is a story about life, emotions and the ongoing fight against Human Trafficking.”
Talking about his background, Saum says that he is a cellist as well. “I have been classically trained in cello performance in the U.S. from an early age.
I started music production also in my teenage years. I was initially forced into becoming a Cellist, but now I love it. My mother and father are from Kolkata and both are PhDs. My mother is trained in Indian classical gazelle music, and still teaches students in the United States.
The singer says that the song is extra special to him. “The video was very special because of the fantastic crew, director Srman Jain and Halina. We were able to shoot this in 10-14 hours with strong acting, something I had not done in the past,” he says, adding, “In fact, I did all of my own stunts as well, refusing a body double. I was a little bruised up afterwards but it was worth it.”
On being asked about the respnose he is getting for the song and video he says. “The response is amazing. Compliments are reaching me from everyone. I am glad that my hard work is appreciated”
