It was a dream launch for Meezaan as the young actor was personally groomed and trained to face the silver screen by filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
Coming from the lineage of having legendary comedian Jagdeep as a grandfather and popular actor-comedian Jaaved Jaaferi as his father, there is a lot riding on the young lad and going by the rave reviews coming his way, Meezaan has a bright future lying ahead of him.
With his role of Shiva, a notorious boy living in a Mumbai chawl, the actor has clearly impressed the critics.
One reviewer says,”Meezaan makes a striking debut with his strong screen presence taking over the frame”, while another one says, “Meezaan definitely has got those grooves in his genes. The lad also speaks with his eyes and that leaves a mark even in his maiden attempt. With sharp dialogue delivery and whistle-worthy dialogues, he has managed to play the part of Mumbai cha mulga to the T.
The promising stars’ screen space is loved and acknowledged, said a popular critic , “Meezaan shows spark .He has a considerable screen presence.”
Clearly, his work has left everyone wanting more as a reviewer writes, “There is enough of a spark in Meezaan for us to want to see more of him.”
