It was Sooraj Barjatya who gave Salman Khan his first big hit in the form of ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ in 1989 and since then we’ve got classics like ’Hum Aapke Hain Koun’ in 1994, ‘Hum Saath-Saath Hain’ in 1999 and the latest ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo‘ in 2015 where from this duo. It is known that Salman Khan was named Prem in all of them.
Looks like there is a possibility of Prem returning to the Barjatya camp. If rumours are to be believed, family drama and ensemble film specialist Sooraj Barjatya’s son Devansh Barjatya is going to make his directorial debut and has approached his father’s favourite, Salman Khan for the role. According to an Entertainment channel, Devansh has already narrated the first draft to Salman Khan and he’s liked the concept. But with ‘Race 3’, ‘Dabangg 3’ and ‘Bharat’ in the pipeline, Salman’s schedule is packed for the coming twenty months and only then Salman shall be able to a lot his dates.
Devansh has earlier produced a tv show and has assisted his father in his last project ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ which starred Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead.
