With the digital medium rising to an all time high, online shopping has been the ‘in’ thing for a long time now.. Popular platforms like Flipkart, Jabong, Myntra, Amazon etc have been leading the game and some of them even have celebrities to endorse for them..
However what happens when a celebrity herself faces poor service from one of these companies? No she isn’t an endorser of either the brand or the competitor but this actress here is just a customer in the case..
It is none other than Sonakshi Sinha. The actress chose Amazon as a platform to order new ‘BOSE’ earphones for herself but she had a different surprise awaiting her as she was not sent a new pair of ‘BOSE’ headphones but something else totally..
She took to Twitter to compain on the incident to Amazon India and tweeted –
Hey @amazonIN! Look what i got instead of the @bose headphones i ordered! Properly packed and unopened box, looked legit… but only on the outside. Oh and your customer service doesnt even want to help, thats what makes it even worse.
In another tweet next, the actress added –
Anybody want to buy a brand new shiny piece of junk for 18,000 bucks? (Yup, its a steal) Dont worry, im selling, not @amazonIN, so ull get exactly what you’re ordering.
Seems like our Sona isn’t in a mood to let this brush off easily and wouldn’t take a chill pill till Amazon India comes up with an apology for their poor service.
