The Grammy Award winning singer Tanvi Shah is all set to compere ‘First Ladies,’ a event spearheaded by Maneka Gandhi & The Ministry of Women and Child Development

India has a lineage of self made and successful women to be proud of and we have one such alpha woman, Tanvi Shah. “Fanaa” was her first Bollywood song, which she sang for Mani Ratnam’s movie “Yuva”. She shot to roaring fame when she became India’s first and only woman to have won the prestigious Grammy Award for Best Song Written for Motion Picture or Other Visual Media for her Spanish lyrics for the song “Jai Ho” from Slumdog Millionaire.

Tanvi will be hosting an event that is surely going to be the talk of the town (In Delhi), ‘First Ladies.’ This event is organised by the Ministry of Women and Child Development and is spearheaded by the dynamic and inspirational, Mrs Maneka Gandhi. The event will be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi on 20th January, 2018. First Ladies is an initiative to recognise women who had the courage to trend an unusual path and succeeded in being “Firsts” in their respective fields. Yet another feather in your cap Tanvi, way to go!
