“Toilet Ek Prem Katha” declared tax-free by Yoginath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh

Akshay Kumar, has been breaking stereotypes with every passing film. His latest film “Toilet Ek Prem Katha” is making all the right noise. The film promotes PM Modi’s Swaach Bharat Abhiyan and gives out a strong message of social reform. It is a story about two couples Keshav and Jaya, played by Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar. It showcases how the duo engage in painful endeavours to bring in awareness about cleanliness and went onto build toilets in their village which is retrograde with their beliefs. Ever since the trailer went online, it has been receiving stupendous response all over the internet and has indeed become a sensation. Speaking about it, the producer Shital Bhatia said,” Everywhere we are going and whoever we are speaking to now, is only raving about the trailer of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. The response has been extremely humbling for us. As a company, our main aim is to keep making cinema that is relevant and touches hearts of the people. This film has all those qualities and we are very excited to present this film to the audiences.”
