K3G clocks 14 years and memories still don’t fade.

December 14 2001 : A day in history that has its significance in its own way and a memorable day for the Hindi cinema, which witnessed the release of a grand family drama entertainer film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Produced under the banner of Dharma Productions and written and directed by Karan Johar, the film has completed its glorious 14 years today on the 14th of December 2015.

Even though the film has completed its 14 years today, the movie has a special place in all the Bollywood movie lovers and stands apart out of the so many movies made every year. The film is known for its innocence and love which is captured in every frame in a beautiful way. What even makes even more memorable are the talented performers and an ensemble star cast starring ShahRukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, Amitabhb Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Alok Nath, Farida Jalal.

Every character has a different shade and that’s why the film stands so grand in itself. We still can’t get over the stunning and typical Chandni Chowk girl played by Kajol and the super hot and glamorous Pooh played by Kareena Kapoor.

The innocent and sparkling chemistry of Rahul and Anjali had set the screens on fire, especially in the song Suraj Hua Madham which still stands as a love Anthem of Bollywood. Rani Mukerji appears in a brief and an extended cameo, but her equation with Amitabh Bachchan and love for Rahul is an icing on the cake.

What lies more memorable in this movie is the entry scene of ShahRukh Khan as he comes running his home dressed in black which is still an unforgettable scene in all our hearts.

Of course, all credit goes to our ace director Karan Johar who gets nostalgic today on social networking website Twitter and posted some tweets as :

Isn’t that memorable and makes you go down the memory lane? Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is a standout film in every sense with 5 Filmfare Awards and has established itself as one of the must watch movies of the Hindi Cinema.
